All shipments are shipping via Canada Post or UPS
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number for confirmation. For all tracking inquiries please contact the shipping company directly. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. Adore Vintage holds no responsibility for deliveries made outside of the estimated timeframe.

Insurance
All shipments are automatically insured up to $100 CAD. If you would like your order fully insured for its full value, please contact us before your order is shipped. Additional insurance fees are calculated based on the value of your purchase and are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation.
Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We also cannot contact the shipping carrier on your behalf after the package leaves our facility. For any delivery-related issues, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier.
Cross-Border Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, including shipments to the U.S., any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations and are not included in the purchase price. If the customer refuses to pay these fees or fails to collect the package, resulting in a return to us, they will not be eligible for a full refund. Any return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
