Our buyers are highly skilled professionals with extensive expertise in defining luxury authenticity. They have undergone rigorous training to acquire in-depth knowledge, ensuring they can accurately assess and verify the authenticity of luxury items with precision and confidence.
The majority of the Vintage pieces in the store are from Auctions in Japan, and have undergone a very rigorous authentication process locally.
Select products for buyout or consignment in Canada are authenticated by the third-party authentication agency-Entrupy, which will provide a financial guarantee for its certificate.
Authentication Process
- Initial Inspection – Our Experts assess stitching, materials, logos, and overall craftsmanship for authenticity.
- Serial Number & Date Code Check – Unique brand identifiers are verified against official records.
- Hardware & Material Authentication – High-quality metals, zippers, leather, and engravings are examined.
- Stitching & Logo Verification – Precision, font accuracy, and embossing details are inspected.
- Technology-Based Authentication – AI tools like Entrupy analyze microscopic details for authenticity.
- Expert Review & Final Approval – Senior authenticators confirm legitimacy and may issue certificates.
After receiving your items in the store, our buyer team will authenticate the items, selected products will also have them authenticated by the third-party authentication agency Entrupy, and it will take 1-3 business days to get the results.
If the result is authentic, you will be paid out at the agreed-upon price( for buyout option), or the item will be listed for sale(for consignment option).
If the authentication result is not passed, we will charge you $80 or $300(for Hermes bags) for the authentication fee.
