To sell to us in-person, please book an appointment.

At your appointment, our buying team will carefully evaluate each item. Utilizing market resale value, desirability, and condition as criteria, we will offer a price quote and present various payout options for accepted pieces. This process ensures that you receive the best possible value for your items, and that our customers receive high-quality, sought-after merchandise.

Please be sure to review and sign our terms and conditions for selling to us prior to your appointment or drop-off.

After receiving your items in the store, our buyer team will authenticate the items, selected products will also have them authenticated by the third-party authentication agency Entrupy, and it will take 1-3 business days to get the results.

If the result is authentic, you will be paid out at the agreed-upon price( for buyout option), or the item will be listed for sale(for consignment option).

If the authentication result is not passed, we will charge you $80 or $300(for Hermes bags) for the authentication fee.
